General Terms:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Clear communication between artist and client is crucial.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The artist may decline or terminate any commission due to misconduct or communication issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Commission Status &amp; Updates:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Track your commission through your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.burrowgate.com\/es\/my-account\/orders\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.burrowgate.com\/my-account\/orders\/\"><strong>store commission account<\/strong>.<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Each commission will be assigned a slot at the time of purchase.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Updates on your commission will be provided via <strong>order notes<\/strong>:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Public notes:<\/strong> Visible to you in <strong>Store Commission Account \u2192 Orders \u2192 View<\/strong> <strong>\u2192 Order updates<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deadlines may occasionally be delayed due to health or emergencies. The artist will make every effort to meet the original schedule. If a commission cannot be completed in a reasonable timeframe, a refund will be issued.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Rights &amp; Permissions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Commissions are primarily for <strong>personal use<\/strong>. Limited <strong>commercial<\/strong> use is allowed, such as for small to medium YouTube channels, personal promotion, or similar projects. For larger commercial ventures, merchandise, or high-scale distribution, please contact me via email to arrange a separate agreement. Any misuse of these permissions will be considered a breach of these Terms of Service and may result in suspension of the client\u2019s account or commission privileges.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clients purchase <strong>artist labor only<\/strong>; the artist retains rights to display and promote the work unless marked private with an additional fee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Communication &amp; Payment:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All official communication regarding commissions must be done via <strong>my official email addresses<\/strong>. Any messages sent outside these channels are not guaranteed to be considered.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Commissions are processed <strong> via this website \/ WooCommerce shop<\/strong>, and <strong>Stripe Checkout<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Full payment upfront<\/strong> is required. Work begins after payment and WIP approval.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payments are made using <strong>Stripe<\/strong>, including the option to <strong>pay with saved cards<\/strong>.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Card details are securely stored <strong>on Stripe servers<\/strong>, I&#8217;m not storing any kind of credit cards on this website.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Refunds &amp; Cancellations:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No refunds after final WIP approval if the work meets agreed specifications, deadlines, and respectful communication.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exceptions: significant miscommunication, missed deadlines, disrespectful behavior, or major deviations from approved WIP.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Partial refunds<\/strong> may be issued if the artist cannot deliver specified elements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Misconduct by the client may result in service termination; partial refunds may apply based on work completed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6. Subject Matter:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Specializes in <strong>anthro and feral animal characters<\/strong>, mainly NSFW.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open to a <strong>wide range of themes<\/strong>; contact via DM for questions or special requests. <strong>Privacy guaranteed.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7. Final Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>By commissioning, clients agree to these terms. Direct questions to the provided email.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>8.
