Ghioel Commission Terms of Service v2 – 25-SEP-25

1. General Terms:

  • Clear communication between artist and client is crucial.
  • The artist may decline or terminate any commission due to misconduct or communication issues.

2. Commission Status & Updates:

  • Track your commission through your store commission account.
  • Each commission will be assigned a slot at the time of purchase.
  • Updates on your commission will be provided via order notes:
  • Public notes: Visible to you in Store Commission Account → Orders → View → Order updates.
  • Deadlines may occasionally be delayed due to health or emergencies. The artist will make every effort to meet the original schedule. If a commission cannot be completed in a reasonable timeframe, a refund will be issued.

3. Rights & Permissions:

  • Commissions are primarily for personal use. Limited commercial use is allowed, such as for small to medium YouTube channels, personal promotion, or similar projects. For larger commercial ventures, merchandise, or high-scale distribution, please contact me via email to arrange a separate agreement. Any misuse of these permissions will be considered a breach of these Terms of Service and may result in suspension of the client’s account or commission privileges.
  • Clients purchase artist labor only; the artist retains rights to display and promote the work unless marked private with an additional fee.

4. Communication & Payment:

  • All official communication regarding commissions must be done via my official email addresses. Any messages sent outside these channels are not guaranteed to be considered.
  • Commissions are processed via this website / WooCommerce shop, and Stripe Checkout.
  • Full payment upfront is required. Work begins after payment and WIP approval.
  • Payments are made using Stripe, including the option to pay with saved cards.
    • Card details are securely stored on Stripe servers, I’m not storing any kind of credit cards on this website.

5. Refunds & Cancellations:

  • No refunds after final WIP approval if the work meets agreed specifications, deadlines, and respectful communication.
  • Exceptions: significant miscommunication, missed deadlines, disrespectful behavior, or major deviations from approved WIP.
  • Partial refunds may be issued if the artist cannot deliver specified elements.
  • Misconduct by the client may result in service termination; partial refunds may apply based on work completed.

6. Subject Matter:

  • Specializes in anthro and feral animal characters, mainly NSFW.
  • Open to a wide range of themes; contact via DM for questions or special requests. Privacy guaranteed.

7. Final Note:

  • By commissioning, clients agree to these terms. Direct questions to the provided email.

8. Changes:

Terms may change without notice; new terms apply to future commissions.
